MULTI-ZONE HEATING SYSTEM
The NEXT 1.0 comes supplied with three or four separately regulated heating zones, allowing precise and accurate control for the extruder heat input.
Exact extrusion speed is an absolute must when creating consistent diameter filament. The NEXT 1.0 drive system is designed to supply variable torque at consistent RPM. Precision RPM encoder feedback enables quick response and automated motor control.
Clear view of your plastic pellets allows you to check for proper mix consistency. Built-in material level sensor lowers the risk of ‘dry running’.
High quality filament needs quality material and precise dimension. The NEXT 1.0 has a self-regulating filament diameter control system, enabling you to set the desired diameter and ensuring consistent output for every spool you make.
A powerful cooling system enables high speed extrusions; it can also be tuned to prevent material deformation for ultra-thin filament extrusions.
The NEXT 1.0 winding system allows for a neatly rolled spool of filament. With layers evenly spread over the entire spool, the winder can be set to fit custom spool dimensions.
Clean design and simple navigation permit different levels of control over the filament extruder, as per your requirement. From simple plug&extrude preset values to advanced variable indication and custom settings for experimenting with new materials.
