The AMPC AMdry Cabinet is more than just storage; it is an active production solution designed to eliminate variability from your 3D printing process. Moisture is the leading cause of print failures, weak part structures, and nozzle jams. This cabinet protects your material investment (filaments, powders, and resins) and guarantees that every spool is in peak condition when production starts.
Ultra-Low Humidity (<2% RH)
The powerful drying unit rapidly reduces relative humidity to ≤2%. Even in busy environments like educational labs or print farms, where doors are frequently opened, the system maintains an average of <5% RH. This immediately halts the degradation of hygroscopic materials such as Nylon (PA), TPU, and PVA.

Standardly supplied as a high-end dry cabinet with chrome shelves, the AMdry can be tailored to specific production needs with essential upgrades:

Option: Active Heating (Heater): Transform the cabinet from passive storage into an active dryer. The heating element (adjustable up to approx. 60°C) actively dries filament that has already absorbed moisture, allowing you to regenerate "wet" material and make it print-ready.

Option: Metal Pull-Out Drawers: Replace standard shelves with heavy-duty extendable drawers. Specifically designed for ergonomic access to heavy spools at the back of the cabinet and organized inventory management.
