Shipping methods

We offer various options for shipping or picking up your purchase. You can choose from the following options when placing your order:

Shipping

We work with our delivery partner DHL DPD to ship your order. They ensure that your order is delivered to your home as quickly as possible. There are various methods by which your order can be shipped. All shipments are sent with Track&Trace so that you are always aware of where your shipment is. These methods, including the associated costs, can be found on this page.

If your order is fully in stock and you have ordered on working days before 2 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day and you can usually expect to receive your order the next day.

Are you not at home when DHL arrives at your door? Then DHL will deliver your package to your neighbors. The delivery person will leave a card in your mailbox with which you can find the address where your package has been delivered online.

If your neighbors are also unavailable, DHL will leave a non-home code on the delivery missed card. This allows you to choose online where and when DHL will redeliver your package free of charge, for example, the next day at a DHL ServicePoint.

Delivered to your home or workplace

Your package will be shipped via the standard channels of PostNL, DHL, and DPD. If your order is fully in stock and you place your order on a business day before 2 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day.

The cost for this shipping method is €7 (excl. VAT). You can see the exact shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart and during the ordering process.

Shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany

We also ship your order within the Benelux and Germany. The delivery time for this order is 2 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order. In the table, you can see the shipping costs per weight class. In the shopping cart and during the ordering process, you can see the exact shipping costs for your order. All international shipments are sent with Track&Trace, just like domestic shipments, so you can track your order.

Shipments within the EU

We also ship your order outside the Netherlands. The delivery time of your order varies per country, but ranges between 5-10 working days. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order. The table shows the shipping costs per weight class. You can see the exact shipping costs for your order in the shopping cart and during the ordering process. All international shipments are sent with Track&Trace, just like domestic shipments, so you can track your order.

Pickup

You can pick up your order at one of our branches. Once your order is ready, we will contact you so you can pick it up. We have branches in the following cities:
