The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
The factory warranty applies at least 1 year after delivery, unless the nature of the product dictates otherwise or the parties have agreed otherwise.
There is no guarantee in case of:
- a defect arises as a result of or ensues from injudicious or improper use;
- incorrect storage or maintenance by the consumer;
- when changes have been made that do not need to be confirmed or when the product has been modified other than in the prescribed manner;
- other circumstances beyond our control that are at the risk of the consumer, including use in certain weather conditions.
We advise to examine the product upon delivery of the product so that any defects can be detected as soon as possible. Do you discover a defect? Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution together. We may ask you to return the product to us, or to send photos so that we can investigate the defect.
If a product is found to be damaged or otherwise defective due to your fault, we can pass on (part of) the costs we have incurred for this (for example, research costs).
