Nylon 11 Pro Powder is the first SLS powder that brings the toughness and durability of injection-molded thermoplastics to the Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W, with the ease of use, consistent print performance and economics of Nylon 12. According to the official Formlabs technical data sheet, the material reaches 49% elongation at break in X/Y and 26% in Z (ASTM D638), over 5x the elongation at break of Nylon 12. Parts bend, absorb impact and survive daily use without cracking.
