The Omni PRO HT by OMNI3D is the high-temperature version of the Omni PRO: the same 530 x 530 x 530 mm build volume, but with a fully enclosed, isolated chamber actively heated to 220°C and a heated vacuum build platform up to 220°C. Two electronically lifting printheads with a patented liquid-cooling system print up to 500°C without heat creep, so PPS, PEI/ULTEM, PEKK and PEKK-CF bond properly and reach isotropic strength. The Omni PRO HT is built for production environments in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and Railway: automatic platform calibration, a built-in dryer for 4 filament spools up to 120°C and 45+ preset material profiles keep unattended production consistent with high-temperature engineering polymers. Certifications including ISO 9001, EN 45545 and NATO AQAP 2110 make it fit for certified production workflows.
