Continuous fibre 3D printing on a desktop footprint

The FibreSeeker 3 is one of the first desktop 3D printers to co-extrude continuous carbon fibre and glass fibre alongside standard filament. Where most "carbon fibre" printers just mix chopped fibre particles into a filament, the FibreSeeker 3 lays down an unbroken fibre strand exactly where a part needs to resist load. According to the official X-CCF material technical data sheet, this results in tensile strength up to 883 MPa (PLA+X-CCF) or 859 MPa (PETG+X-CCF), comparable to aluminium at a fraction of the weight. An independent tensile test by Hochschule Darmstadt confirms this PETG-CFC material withstands significantly more load than both standard PLA and competing chopped-fibre composites such as Onyx Carbon Fiber Fill and Fiberon PA6 CF20.

A dual-nozzle system pairs a 0.4 mm FFF nozzle for standard engineering filaments with a 0.7 mm CFC nozzle and built-in fibre cutter for reinforcement. Three print modes give full control over the balance between speed and strength, per part or even within a single print.
